What’s feeding the fishes?   
In this episode we speak with Marine Cusa , a 2024 Pew Marine Fellow, senior policy advisor Oceana Europe and researcher at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). We speak about her co-authored paper "The Fish Behind Fish Feed: Rethinking Transparency Using DNA Tools" in which, along with Matilda Binner, Giulia Maiello, Rosalie Dowell and Stefano Mariani, the use of DNA Metabarcoding to uncover what is inside fish feed is analysed.

 By the end of our conversation with Marine, you will better understand where the farmed fish you eat come from and what this farmed fish eats before you eat them.
